- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags/labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
- Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products marked “final sale.”
2. Timeframe for Returns
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
3. How to Return an Item
